Hotel Steinbock Pontresina

Nice hotel with excellent wi-fi, a great spa & wellness center, and delicious dining options. I remember the staff helping me with currency tips on my first stay. Highly recommend trying the fondue! I'm coming back for Christmas.

An iron, a work desk, and a TV set with satellite channels available in the standard double room. Really great service, extremely helpful and very friendly staff. Absolutely perfect and lovely location super close to the train station, easy to get anywhere. Based near all the ski lifts, the restaurant inside and gondola and cable car.

This place suits me perfectly, offering everything I need like free wi-fi, a spa & wellness center, and great dining options. On my first visit, the staff helped me with the route I needed. I highly recommend trying the fondue! I'll be back for Christmas.

Lovely location in Engadin area, extremely helpful staff, everything was fabulous. We got extensive breakfasts with wifi. Location: the hotel was very close to the mountains and the beautiful town of Pontresina and the restaurant and the bus stop, restaurants, and the town center.

Comfy bed, cool room with a mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe, and central heating. The view from the window to garden. Brilliant location close to Switzerland and the beautiful town of Pontresina.

The soundproofing in my room was terrible, I could hear every sneeze from next door. With only one shared bathroom for multiple rooms, I reminded me of I was playing musical chairs. I expected some sort of cute gift or upgrade, but no, just the regular treatment. Shame, because I almost would ve been pleased.

The small room sizes felt cramped for comfort!!! Poor soundproofing. The shared bathroom situation was inconvenient, especially during busy times!!!

Wicked nice spot! Staff was super friendly, always smiling. Breakfast had this massive spread, loved the local choices. The spa area? Just perfect for chilling out after a long day hiking. Only wish the shared bathroom setup was a bit better. Found out I could hit the Gondolezza for some killer fondue right across the road!

Wonderfully cozy retreat with amazing mountain views! The delicious fondue at the nearby Gondolezza restaurant was definitely a highlight! A perfect stay for anyone who loves the beauty of the Alps and excellent service.

Third time here, and the service was amazing once again! The spa and restaurant are both great. Breakfast was solid with a good variety. Can't wait to come back next year 😊

The spa facilities were AMAZING with a jacuzzi, pool, and saunas. I felt so relaxed 😍 Breakfast was great, but navigating to the spa can get a bit chilly since it's outside.

Super helpful staff and lovely dinner experience.

The rooms were super tidy, and we appreciated the bonus of being able to use the spa facilities next door. My kids had a blast at the playground, and the staff treated us like family. We loved the easy access to hiking trails nearby.

My wife says that the dinner options were not family-friendly.

The location is perfect for hiking with amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of fresh options, made for a good start to the day. The staff was attentive and genuinely. The garden view from our room was a lovely touch that added to our overall experience.
